Rental Rates for ‘Magic Dreams’

OPTIONS & NOTES

• Prices include all Florida State and Local County Taxes,utilities (except pool/spa heating), cleaning (before & after your stay), linen etc
• Pool & Spa Heat must be requested at time of booking and is charged at $140/ £95/ €110 per week
• Cleaning fees of $80/ £55/ €60 will apply to any bookings of LESS than 5 days
• Payment in full is required 10 weeks before stay
• A deposit of $350/ £240 / €270 is required with all bookings
• A fully refundable Security Deposit of $265/ £180 / €200 is taken with all bookings
• Your price will not alter once we have received your booking & deposit.
• Christmas/New Year and Easter are calculated as the period 1-week before and
